We are looking for Sonlife model ministries in the United States to do Fusion trips in Honduras.
Fusion is where a Sonlife youth group from the United States comes to Honduras and builds a relationship with a youth group in Honduras. They come and stay in the homes of the students of the church we are partnering with. There are four steps to Fusión.
1. The North American group goes to Hondruas. The goal is to help develop the foundations of a disciple making youth group. They will train the six foundations of a disciple making ministry.
2. The North American group goes to Honduras for the second time. The goal is to plan and carry out an outreach activity with the students of the Honduran church.
3. The Honduran students come to the United States and stay in the homes of the students from the North American youth group. The goal is to experience what a student ministry team is and how it works.
4. The North American group travels back to Honduras and the two groups join together to do step one with another group in Honduras or neighboring country.
Fusión is a powerful way to multiply disciple making ministries, to give your North American students a different world view and to build models of what we are training in Honduras.
UMES

Unidos Equipándonos para Ministrar a nuestos Semejantes
UMES is a training event to equip the students to reach their friends with the good news of Jesus Christ. We train in evangelism, apologetics, we practice by going out in the communities to share the good news. We celebrate what God is doing. The ultimate goal is to take it home by meeting as youth groups to plan on carrying it out in their groups, and then writing letters to their freinds back home to share the gospel with them.
What we do
Training events
​
We will do training events to help student leaders understand the life of Christ. These events will help them understand how to be a disciple of Christ. They will equip these leaders to develop ministries which will move students though the process of becoming a disciple that makes disciples.
Team Retreats
​
​We will have team retreats twice a year to grow in our abilities, and grow as a team. We will evaluate the movement, dream and plan how to advance the movement.
Team Meetings
We will meet monthly as a team to encouage, pray, evaluate and plan.
Individual personal coaching
Leadership will meet with key individual team members weekly. We will share our lives, ministry, dreams to grow as a disciple of Jesus and stay on track in our lives and ministry.
